100 g chicken, chunks
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp mango chutney
- Mix the ingredients together in an oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 200C/Gas Mark 5 for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and has a few slightly crunchy edges.
You can leave the mixture in the fridge all day or overnight and bung it straight in the oven when you're ready. Re-heats well in the microwave.
