  • 2 stock cube

  • 3 chicken breast

  • 1 large onion

  • 2 tins chopped tomato

  • 4 pork sausage

  • 350g rice

  • 3 cloves garlic


<ol> <li>Chop chicken and sausages into bite size pices, slice the onion and crush the garlic.</li> <li>Fry off the chicken and onions for a few minutes until onions are soft.</li> <li>Add the sausages and rice to the pan and enough stock to cover the rice. Add the tomatoes and stir well</li> <li>Bring to the boil then turn to simmer, add more stock as needed and simmer until rice is tender and chicken and sausages cooked through.</li> </ol>

Handy Hint

<p>Stir frequently almost like risotto, only add a little stock at a time to ensure the end dish is not too wet.</p>
