1 tbsp milk
30 g cheddar, grated
2 slices toast, buttered
- Crack eggs into a saucepan
- Whisk the eggs with the grated cheese and the milk.
- Heat the mixture while stirring for about three minutes or until the texture is right.
- Season to taste and serve with the toast.
Scrub the pan immediately afterwards, or the egg will be welded on!
