500g puff pastry, ready made, one packet
110g cashew nuts
6 cloves garlic, peeled
2 handfuls mushroom
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Toss the whole garlic cloves into a pan with a splash of oil.
- Add mushrooms, cream, cashews and a twist of salt and pepper. Cook on a gentle heat for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spoon the cooked mushrooms in a row in the middle. Seal in the shape of a log and bake for 30 minutes.
