1 tamari, this is superior to soy sauce and expensive, but worth it
200 g smoked tofu, drained, dried and thinly sliced
- Put the tofu slices in a plastic box and pour over enough tamari sauce to cover. Give it a shake and leave in the fridge for an hour.
- Fish out the slices and shallow fry to taste, you can get it quite crispy if you like it that way.
The longer you can marinade the tofu, the better it will be. Great for a veggie BLT.
