Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 750ml chicken stock

  • 1 tsp mustard powder

  • 1 tsp honey, to drizzle

  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed

  • 1kg new potatoes

  • 250ml creme fraiche

  • 1 handful broccoli, florets

Method

  1. Mix garlic, mustard, stock and crème fraiche in a large bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts, new potatoes and green veg in a large cooking pot/casserole dish.
  3. Pour stock mixture over the chicken.
  4. Drizzle honey on top (according to taste) and cook at 190C for 30 minutes.

Handy Hint

Gently fry the chicken before if you prefer a golden colour.
