Ingredients

  • 200g unsalted butter

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • 200g 70% cocoa solids dark chocolate

Method

  1. Break chocolate into a bowl.
  2. Add the butter.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water.
  4. Once everything has melted, add the entire tin of condensed milk.
  5. Stir well until all the ingredients are combined.

Handy Hint

Delicious with a piece of fresh bread or on pancakes. It can be stored in the fridge and if you don't want to use all of the mixture it can be frozen.
