Ingredients

  • 1 tsp curry powder (to taste)

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (or salad cream)

  • 1 bowl chicken cooked

  • 3 tbsp mango chutney

  • 1 drop lemon or lime juice (optional)

Method

  1. Mix cooked chicken with all the other ingredients.
  2. Serve in rolls/pittas/sandwiches, or with loads of salad and crusty bread.
