3 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tin condensed milk
15 digestive biscuits
- Crush the biscuits up with a rolling pin.
- Chop the cherries and marshmallows and add to the crushed digestives in a bowl, then add the condensed milk and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Scatter the desiccated coconut over some greaseproof paper, then tip out the biscuit mixture and roll into a log-shape.
- Cover the log of biscuit with tin foil and put in the fridge for one hour to set, then cut into slices to eat.
