2 handfuls spinach, (or kale/sprouts or whatever green veg you have)
250g cream cheese
1 lemon, (to serve)
3 handfuls smoked salmon trimmings, (about two packets)
- Cook pasta and cook veg (either in with pasta for frozen peas/sprouts or steam spinach/kale).
- Drain pasta/veg, stir in salmon trimmings and cream and warm through gently.
- Grind pepper and give slices of lemon to those who like it.
