  • 2 egg yolk

  • 2 tsp mixed spice

  • 2-3 tbsp honey

  • 100ml skimmed milk

  • 200g porridge oats

  • 50g dates chopped

  • 25g walnuts chopped


<ol> <li>Mix the oats, dates or raisins, walnuts and spices thoroughly.</li> <li>Add the honey, milk and egg yolks.</li> <li>Mix thoroughly put on a baking tin 2-3cm deep.</li> <li>Bake for 20-30 minutes until set, remove, cool and slice.</li> </ol>
