Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 100ml plain yoghurt

  • 3 chicken drumstick

  • 2 tsp ground cumin

  • 2 tsp coriander

Method

  1. Skin 3 drumsticks and slash each one three times with a knife.
  2. Mix a marinade with 100ml of yoghurt and a mix of spices to your taste. We like a tsp of turmeric and 2 tsp of both ground cumin and coriander.
  3. Spread over the chicken and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 200C and bake for 35mins, turning half way through.
  5. Serve with Naan bread, relishes and salad.
