  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 handful cheese

  • 2-3 slices ham

  • 1 flour tortilla

  • 1 green jalapeƱo pepper from a jar


  1. Heat a griddle pan.
  2. Cover the tortilla with the ham.
  3. On one half sprinkle peppers and cheese.
  4. Fold in half and brush with oil.
  5. Cook on hot griddle for a few minutes each side.
  6. Serve with salsa, sour cream etc

    Link from the home page says "easy chicken quesadilla". Not much chicken in evidence, unless it's some weird chicken-pig hybrid.
