1 handful cheddar, grated
2 tortilla wraps
1 tbsp pesto
- Dry fry a tortilla for 1 minute in a frying pan.
- Smear pesto over the top of the tortilla and grate cheese on top.
- Place another tortilla on top and press down, flip over, press down and leave for a minute.
- The quesadilla is done when the cheese is melted and tortilla browned.
Vary your fillings as you choose - ham, cooked mushroom, chilli, cooked chicken or mince etc.
