1 handful cheddar, grated
2 slices bread
- Lay 2 slices bread on a baking tray, sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
- Separate the egg yolks and put one egg yolk on top of each slice of bread.
- Whisk the egg whites until they make soft peaks. Cover the egg and cheese with the egg whites and smooth over.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at around 200C, brown under the grill if required.
Serve with ketchup for a tasty brunch or lunch dish that adults and kids will love!
