Grilled eggy bread with marmite

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Marmite

Method

  1. Oil an ovenproof dish.
  2. Cut sliced bread into quarters.
  3. Spread some marmite onto bread and dip each piece into whisked egg.
  4. Grill on both sides until egg set.
