Ingredients

  • 1 tomato sauce

  • 2 fillets of white fish, haddock is good

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1 handful parmesan, grated

  • 3 handfuls breadcrumbs, fresh

Method

  1. Dump fish in an ovenproof dish, scatter veg on top, smother in tomato sauce. Sprinkle over breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  2. Bake at 190C for 20 minutes.
  3. Eat with a large glass of red.
