1 handfuls cheese, (eg cheddar or Parmesan)
350 g sun-dried tomato pasta sauce, (from a jar)
800 g spinach and ricotta tortellini
- Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
- Drain the pasta and stir in the jar of sauce.
- Place in an oven-proof dish and grate cheese over the top.
- Bake in oven for about 20 minutes at 180C.
