1 smoked sausage ring, sliced 1cm thick
150ml sour cream
10 button mushrooms, sliced
1 onions, chopped
- Heat some oil or butter and fry the onion, mushrooms and sausage together until softened and golden.
- Add the soured cream and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add a little bit of water if it is too thick or not saucy enough.
- Garnish with parsley.
