Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 0.5 broccoli

  • 1 splash lemon juice

Method

  1. Cut raw broccoli into florets or half florets (they should be small pieces) and place in bowl.
  2. Chop onion very finely and add.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and mix till the broccoli is well and evenly coated.
  4. Place in fridge for at least 15 minutes but no longer than half an hour.

    This is a great way to get kids to eat broccoli - and raw at that! The coating gives it a lovely flavour and the crunchiness ofthe broccoli is appealing too!
