1 onion peeled and sliced
1 handful fresh parsley
1 clove garlic crushed
100g chorizo skinned and sliced
200g roasted peppers
- Boil pasta according to packet instructions.
- Fry garlic, onion and chorizo in oil, and gently add the peppers.
- When the pasta is done, drain and mix through with the rest of the ingredients.
- Sprinkle parsley over the top.
- Eat in pyjamas on the sofa.
Great meal when you have nothing fresh in.
