  • 1 onion peeled and sliced

  • 1 handful fresh parsley

  • 1 clove garlic crushed

  • 100g chorizo skinned and sliced

  • 100-200g pasta

  • 200g roasted peppers


<ol> <li>Boil pasta according to packet instructions.</li> <li>Fry garlic, onion and chorizo in oil, and gently add the peppers.</li> <li>When the pasta is done, drain and mix through with the rest of the ingredients.</li> <li>Sprinkle parsley over the top.</li> <li>Eat in pyjamas on the sofa.</li> </ol>
