Ingredients

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 1 red pepper cut into strips

  • 50ml sour cream (to taste)

  • 500g braising steak cut into cubes

  • 1 tin tomatoes

  • 1 tsp paprika (to taste)

  • 1 handful mushrooms quartered

  • 1 beef stock cube

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into slow cooker, in preferred quantities.
  2. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  3. Serve with rice and sour cream drizzled over the top.
