  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 pinch herbs (if you have them)

  • 6 chicken thigh


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinade the chicken in the mixture for an hour or so.
  2. BBQ.
