1 handful cheese, grated
1 jar salsa
1 cod fillet
1 handful bread crumbs
- Put the cod piece(s) in a dish.
- Pour the salsa over the top (don't skimp).
- Sprinkle cheese on the top followed by the breadcrumbs and put in a hot oven (180) for about 10-15 minutes until cooked and crunchy on the top.
Serve with new potatoes and something green. Yum! Yum
