Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces

  • 3 tbsp plain flour

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 handful bread crumbs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Set out 3 plates or shallow bowls; 1 with flour, 1 with beaten egg, 1 with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Shallow fry until brown, about 5 minutes, then put them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
