This recipe is amazing! I needed a calcium-based dish for an exam, and I came across this recipe-it was a lifesaver. I made it and now the rest of my family and myself regularly enjoy this dish. It tastes great with or without the mushroom and with mild grated cheese and with any variety of pasta/spaghetti. This dish is definitely now one of our family favourites! (This picture is of one of the first times I made it, so it's from a few months ago.)
