  • 1 pinch sugar

  • 1 inch ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 handful coriander, (to garnish)

  • 6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs


  1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the meat and garnish to make a marinade.
  2. Marinade the chicken.
  3. Grill on the BBQ.
  4. Garnish with coriander.

Handy Hint

We serve with egg fried rice.
