  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 150ml chicken stock

  • 400g pork mince

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp fresh ginger finely grated

  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 3 shallots sliced

  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes or a fresh red chilli

  • 1 handful mushrooms sliced

  • 1 broccoli broken into florets


<ol> <li>Heat oil in a pan or wok.</li> <li>Stir-fry pork mince for a couple of minutes until it starts to cook through.</li> <li>Add garlic and ginger, shallots, chilli, mushroom, broccoli.</li> <li>Toss around and add stock, soy, sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil.</li> <li>Cook, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes.</li> </ol>
