Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 handful fresh fruit

  • 1 tbsp baby rice

Method

  1. Instead of buying the expensive baby juices and smoothies, we blend our own fruits in a juicer and then mix with a teeny bit of water or baby rice, to get the consistency right.

Handy Hint

Use leftover fruit or juice for other dishes!
Great for weening, and we also freeze them so they turn into lollipops, which baby can suck on to help with sore gums and teething. Baby loves them, and so do we!
