1/2 chicken breast
75g chickpeas, canned or cooked
2 apricots, fresh
1 splash milk
- Boil the chicken breast in a small amount of boiling water for around 10-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
- Blend chick peas, chicken and apricot thoroughly.
- Add milk to temper taste and to reach required consistency.
Sounds an odd combination but I struggled to think of what to do with the above ingredients and it has been a big hit with my son.
