  • 1/2 chicken breast

  • 75g chickpeas canned or cooked

  • 2 apricots fresh

  • 1 splash milk


  1. Boil the chicken breast in a small amount of boiling water for around 10-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
  2. Blend chick peas, chicken and apricot thoroughly.
  3. Add milk to temper taste and to reach required consistency.

Handy Hint

Sounds an odd combination but I struggled to think of what to do with the above ingredients and it has been a big hit with my son.
