How much will it cost?

Earlybird tickets cost £50. Standard ticket price is £75 thereafter. Get yours here.

Which sessions can I attend?

The opening and closing sessions of the day will be programmed so that all delegates can attend. For the rest of the day, you will be able to elect one of three sessions in each time slot. We will email you in advance of the event to ask you to register for the breakout sessions you would like to attend.

What if I want to change which session I attend?

We'll do our very best to make a space for you at whichever session you would like to attend, but some of the smaller workshop-style sessions have limited capacity as these sessions operate best with small numbers.

What if I want to see two sessions that are scheduled against each other?

We've tried to ensure that there is as much choice as possible for delegates, but the experts in the Career Clinic will be on hand to fill in any gaps, if you miss a particular session which interests you.

When I can speak to the experts in the Career Clinic?

Some will be on hand to answer questions throughout the day, others will be available in the lunch and coffee breaks. We will email you a form in advance of the event to enable you to sign up in advance for a 10 minute 1 to 1 consultation with your expert of choice.

When will I be able to choose my breakout sessions and book my slot in the Career Clinic?

We will email you prior to the event with a link to a form for you to nominate your session choices and book a slot with an expert in the Career Clinic. Some sessions may fill up quickly, so book your Workfest ticket ASAP to ensure you’ll secure your place at your desired breakout. The sessions choices & clinic appointments will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so early booking will ensure you get the best out of the day.

Is there internet access?

Yes, there is wifi access throughout the building.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it's fully wheelchair accessible. There's also an induction loop which can provide hearing assistance to hearing-aid users.

Will there be childcare?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a crèche, but babes in arms will be welcome within the main conference, and a comfy area will be provided for breastfeeding. There will also be babychange facilities

Is there an opportunity for a discount?

Mumsnet is providing a bursary for 20 tickets for those in receipt of income support. These tickets will be available at a specially discounted price of £35. Please email chrissie@mumsnet.com for more information.

We will be able to offer refunds up until April 16th, one month before the event.
