Diana has been a career coach for over ten years. She originally trained as an accountant and worked for many years for leading professional services firm Deloitte, in both London and Central and Eastern Europe. Following a career break when her children were young, she decided to make a career change and went back to college to retrain. She holds an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from Birkbeck College, University of London. After retraining she worked for award-winning social enterprise WomenLikeUs, heading up their advice and support function and managing a team of career coaches and project managers. She is now an associate career coach for both WomenLikeUs and CareerBalance.

Katerina has a background in corporate management and entrepreneurship and has business degrees from Cambridge and Harvard. During her eight year career break, she studied psychotherapy and retrained as an Executive Coach.
