Where is it?
30 Euston Square, London, NW1 2FB. It’s a lovely conference venue a stone’s throw from Euston station so well-located for public transport links.
Which sessions can I attend?
The opening and closing sessions of the day will be programmed so that all delegates can attend. For the rest of the day, you will be able to elect one of three sessions in each time slot. We may email you in advance of the event to ask you to register for the breakout sessions you would like to attend. See our programme page for a full list of sessions.
What if I want to change which sessions I attend?
We'll do our very best to make a space for you at whichever session you would like to attend, but some of the smaller workshop-style sessions have limited capacity as these sessions operate best with small numbers.
What if I want to see two sessions that are scheduled against each other?
We've tried to ensure that there is as much choice as possible for delegates, but some of our experts will be on hand to fill in any gaps, if you miss a particular session which interests you.
Is the event only for pregnant women & their partners?
The event is primarily focussed on birth and baby’s first year, and will be of particular interest to first-time parents. However, all are welcome so please feel free to attend if you’ve already had a baby, or if it’s something you’re contemplating in the future.
Who should purchase a commercial ticket?
If you are attending in a professional capacity, eg on behalf of your company who may produce baby products, and you are not pregnant, then you should purchase a commercial ticket.
Is there internet access?
Yes, there is wifi access throughout the building.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it's fully wheelchair accessible. There's also an induction loop which can provide hearing assistance to hearing-aid users.
Will there be childcare?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a crèche, but babes in arms will be welcome within the main conference, and a comfy area will be provided for breastfeeding. There will also be babychange facilities.
How much will it cost?
Standard tickets are £75 with a partner ticket available for £35.
Is there a discount for partners/friends/family?
If you book a ticket for yourself, and your partner (or friend or relative) at the time of booking, you can receive a discount for the joint booking.
A standard ticket costs £75 but you can purchase 2 tickets for £110 if booking for your partner at the same time. Simply select the partner ticket when booking your standard ticket.
We also offer a group booking discount for bookings of 3 or more. Simply enter the code BumpGroup when booking tickets and snap up your delegate passes for £50 per person.
Can I have a refund if I can't go?
Yes, as there are many reasons why you might not be able to attend (not least you might go into labour!), we will offer refunds up until the day of the event. If you do not attend, and don’t notify us in advance then we will not be able to offer a refund.
