"Careful with your car seats"27-Jan-2013 Nice car, but not safe to use with any car seats with a supporting arm. Be warned. Peugeot know about this but have no resolution to making them safe for use with these car seats. Sales team blissfully unaware so am now shelling out £400 for new seats.......... Read more

"A fabulous drive and easy with kids"18-Jul-2012 This is a great drive, the service when purchasing is second to none and in terms of room, it is just incredible. The boot is splits into three levels meaning that buggy and shopping can be accessed easily. The sports version has quite a bit of poke from stationery. The diesel version is very economic. It is comfortable during pregnancy to drive and handles and the height of the boot and the back seats really help when getting bags and children in and out. The only issue that stops it from being 5 star is the fact that you cannot fit bases for car seats into the car due to the cabinet in the foot well in the rear passenger section. I would recommend this car to anyone wanting a bit of style but at the same time wanting a large family car. Read more

"Great boot space and a comfortable drive"23-Jun-2012 We moved up to the 3008 from the 307 specifically for the boot space. The split level boot makes it easy to separate the pushchair from the shopping or other things that you dont want squashed. The drop down tailgate has proved invaluable for changing nappies, shoes, clothes and picnics! Inside the car is comfortable but this is not one for 3 car seats in the back - my very slim Dsis in law can just fit between our baby seat and group 1 seat for short trips. You also can't have an isofix base if it has a stabilising leg (eg maxicosi) as there are underfloor storage bins in the back floor. The seats fold down to give a good sized load space. I have my car on lease which covers tyres and servicing but I'm lead to believe that the tyres are rather expensive as they are extra load type. I've also had some issues with the rear brakes binding and the inside of one of the wheel arches has split - the car is 2.5 yrs old and I've not had issues like this on my other peugeots. I have the automatic model and it took me a while to get used to it as it was a bit hesitant when you put your foot down while it decided which gear it wanted and also a bit lurchy when changing gear on normal acceleration. It does well on co2 emissions and price wise it's probably comparable to others in its class. Read more
