Dirty Bertie Dinosaur!

Dirty Bertie Dinosaur!Throughout 2013, Stripes Publishing is celebrating 10 years of one of the most mischievous troublemakers ever – the one and only Dirty Bertie!

Bertie delights children with his crazy plans, madcap ideas, and of course, disgusting habits.

An expert in all things yukky, there's nothing Bertie likes more than to be surrounded by worms, fleas, bogeys, burps and suspicious smells... And if his enthusiastic young readers are anything to go by, he's not alone!

In Dinosaur! join Bertie as he takes Angela Nicely on a dinosaur hunt, bites off more than he can chew at a chocolate factory, and gets into an alarming situation pet-sitting next door's cat.

Dirtie Bertie was created by the award-winning illustrator David Roberts and appeared in two picture books before starring in this young fiction series, written by Alan Macdonald.

Each book features three superbly illustrated stories and their short format makes them perfect for children who are learning how to read. Dirtie Bertie Dinosaur! is the 20th book in the series, with the 21st, Zombie, out in September.
