If you know you have a business inside you and are after some help in either discovering a killer idea, or finessing the idea you already have, then look no further than this 4-week online business course developed by Pearson College and the Mumsnet Academy and taught by Wendy Kerr from Corporate Crossovers.

Each week you will be guided through a structured process designed to help you discover your business idea. There will be a series of compelling online lectures and simple worksheets available for you to work through at your own pace as well as the opportunity to join a live weekly webinar with Wendy. These webinars are a great place to ask questions, and get feedback from your fellow students. All you need is a computer or a tablet to take part and, don’t worry, all the webinars are recorded in case you can’t make them at the time.

This course is ideal for those of you who want to make 2014 the year you find that unique idea and build it into an exciting, commercial reality.

Live weekly webinars run on Tuesdays at 8pm for 1.5 hours, and will then be available online to watch at a time that suits you. In addition, there is a pre-recorded one hour lecture each week which you can watch at any time.

Once you've fine-tuned your idea, you'll want to get your new business off the ground. Our Start Your Own Business course can guide you through the process. Book these two courses together to save £150.
