Hello just a quick question about this blog. I sporadically visit and binge read loads of posts. One of my absolute favourites. I just tried and it is now marked as private and locked, requiring me to log in. Does anyone know how I can access it again?

She has shut it down, after she was doxxed and attacked by an utter fuckhead on Twitter.

Oh no. I really liked her writing, she was brave, funny and well though out. Such a shame. I hope she is Ok.

Oh no that wasn't what I wanted to hear . Thanks for the info. She is a fabulous writer. If anyone hears about a reincarnation could they pm me? I often thought she was on mumsnet, if you're reading this you're brilliant and funny and i"ll miss reading you.

OP she also writes for the New Statesman - there are lots if her articles on their website. I haven't seen any new ones since her blog went private though.

From what I've heard, her and her children were stalked and harassed by Dana Lane Taylor who has form for this behaviour.

Yes, please pass on live and good wishes to her. What Dana did was awful, the crowing that that crowd has done about it has finished my sympathy now. They aren't fit to kiss her arse.

That's awful . She writes brilliantly, I always enjoy reading her articles whether I agree wholeheartedly or not. I hope she is safe to write her blog again soon.

Is this attack a matter for the police, considering that her children have been brought into it? The harasser named above should surely be investigated if they have form for this kind of online abuse.

Glosswitch is wonderful. I have so many lightbulb moments reading her stuff.
I do hope she'll still be writing for the New Statesman. And that she'll be going to the police about any harassment, especially harassment of her kids.

That's so far beyond normal behaviour it hardly bears thinking about. Poor Glosswitch, she, and her children, should not have to endure that.

Please pass on my best wishes too. Obviously I've never met her, but her writing was wonderful and she managed to clothe so many of my feeling into concrete, living, tangible words that I really feel sincere affection, admiration and kinship with her as well as a great sense of loss at her withdrawal from blogging.
