Seriously, there's something really shitty happening on our uni campuses right now - what with this, the vile LSE rugby stuff last week, and too many more depressing examples to mention.

I was a student back in the mid-to-late 1990s, and this stuff simply didn't happen - yes, there was always a mouthy sexist few, but they were very, very much a minority.

I was active in pro-equal ops, anti-sexist campaigns back then, and I really feel like we've let the current generation down badly.
