According to chatty man - I wouldn't know otherwise. It's depressing, esp with the video clip. I think she may be among the worst female role models out there, in as much as she caters to teen market

Oh, there is so much wrong with 'Work Bitch' (the single) and probably even more with 'Work Bitch' (the video).

And don't even get me started on how laboured some of the rhymes are... (Lamborghini, bikinis, martini...)

Ha ha ha that actually makes me laugh. Haven't heard the track but it is clearly one big cliche
What a tragedy britney is though. So manipulated and used

OTOH, I was thinking of Britney in the context of the 'what makes you feel old' thread. Baby one more time was 1999. I guess to today's teens she'd almost what Sir Cliff was to me...

I know! Dh and I have just been youtubing her old videos in horror

(some of the tunes are catchy tho. Shame about the lyrics)

Is there a prize for the least thoughtful FWR thread ever? It's totally ours.

Is it a farm dog concept album?

Is she related to Ralph Miliband? Ed's sis?

<wishes>

I'm disappointed, she will relinquish the number 7 spot in my chart of my all time great sheep dog concept albums.

Britney has no control over her life. Legally her father has to agree everything she does.

I'd like to see where her father draws the line. Maybe when she tries to move beyond political critique to revolution, calling on workers to rise up
