You are right it is depressing. It is a demonstration in why feminism is still needed. The ingrained misogyny is just below the surface of so many people. When challenged it rises to the surface sad

The worst bit is that it appears the school don't actually support them: "we will take steps to recommend students remove words or images that they place online that could compromise their safety" (from the article).
