All the trolls are rather proving our point?

What do you think? Their need to goad and twist everything suggests to me that there are at least a sizeable minority that really hate women (or at least only like those that know their place). Their presence in the world is evidence to me that we still really need feminism.

They aren't very bright, which is some consolation, I suppose.

duchesse Mon 18-Mar-13 23:14:47

I'll go further and say Very Very Thick.

TrampyPants Mon 18-Mar-13 23:21:11

Thick as lava and twice as slow.

I mean, what can they get from trolling us? Suppose it gives their wrists a break...

OonsOons Mon 18-Mar-13 23:22:05

You know nothing at all.

TrampyPants Mon 18-Mar-13 23:27:33

At least mnhq will deal with them.

Poor ickle fools.

Can confirm that trolls try to upset bereavement threads on MN. Sadly, myself and lots of other bereaved Mums have had an ongoing thread on MN for approximatley 6 years. In the past, and I suspect it still happens, our thread has been devastated by trolls pretending to be bereaved parents....WHY? No I havent got a clue why. Some sad people around.

BabyMakesTheBellyGoRound Mon 18-Mar-13 23:35:21

That's awful. Whatever about here or chat or aibu, bereavement is a sacred and personal space.

Don't think so toothfairy. Now back to your room. biscuit

Deep breathing - nice thoughts. Thats another one of my Mams gems!!

NannyPlumIsMyMum Mon 18-Mar-13 23:40:58

Poor things.

I feel so sorry that their lives are so empty.

It doesn't offend me .

I just feel pity that it is a choice of attention seeking.

LadyBeagleEyes Mon 18-Mar-13 23:41:50

I don't understand why they come on here.
It's just a bunch of women (in the main) chatting.
Do they all roll up to their mum's houses when they're having a chat and a gossip with their mates?
I dunno, I always though lads had other interests rather than trolling sites for parents.

PopeBenedictsP45 Tue 19-Mar-13 02:01:58

I feel a bit sorry for them too, sat in the dark in the wee hours bashing out obscenities. Empty lives.

"Anyone remember when we used to attract a better class of troll?"

You mean trolls that could spell insults correctly and form a sentence without grunting? Yeah, I remember.
