www.guardian.co.uk/cardiff/2013/mar/10/south-wales-police-under-investigationNot taking it seriously, not learning the lessons of other forces, downgrading the seriousness and leaking information Will the culture change?
Bobbie was a friend of mine in high school
I don't understand how victims of violence at home / rape are supposed to have any confidence whatsoever in the police in the UK.Time and time again and every time it's "lessons will be learned" and then a couple of years later it happens all over again.I feel that there is no interest from govt, police or other authorities in this type of violence.Beyond the limits I am so sorry about your friend.
Gwent police also used MNs favourite kind of "dont get drunk and you wont get raped" poster a few years ago
