Oh, didn't know Living Dolls was on Kindle.

<flexes joint Amazon Christmas voucher, of which DH has seen squat-diddly>

Basically the first half is about the pornification of our society, the effect on girls of lads mags, etc. The second half is more about the science side of things and more similar to Delusions of Gender. I enjoyed it. Though I thought that the conclusion chapter wasn't as strong as I would have liked.

Anything by Margaret Atwood is good on the fiction side. Especially Handmaid's Tale if you haven't read it.

I've just finished Living Dolls - which I found an easier read than Delusions of Gender. And the Equality Illusion is a good starting point.

Eve Was Framed is a pretty easy read, and Gaudy Night is a mystery novel.

Is it specifically feminist books you are after? Beauty and Misogyny is also available on Kindle.
