Hahaha! I like it - but I have been doing this since I was little! I used to draw clothes on the Sun's page 3 girls with my felt tips at my uncle's house (my parents never bought the Sun or porn mags)

But it seems the artist is not female.

Drawing clothes on naked women is not the same as covering the faces of semi clad women. This could be seen as trying symbolically trying to keep women confined.

Until the artist comes forth and states their gender and religion we can only guess from where this is really coming.
