Is 'Miss Representation' out in the UK

Please excuse me if I'm being incredibly ignorant.

I have ordered a copy of

from Amazon. However, I live in the US.

I have no idea if this film is already out in the UK or not, but just wondered. If it is, how many places have been showing it, and how many people have seen it?

(Would just like to brag for a moment that my school is encouraging staff to view this, and also having an evening to discuss how best to educate girls, bearing in mind media representation - we've all got copies of chapters from 'Cinderella Ate My Daughter' to read before the discussion)

I've never heard of it, but thanks for the link. It looks very interesting. I'll be downloading ordering a copy.

I've only just heard of it, and not sure whether it's just on release in the US atm. The dvd isn't released yet, but there are screenings going on right now.

It does look interesting, and I hope it will clarify some of my confused thoughts about girls & appearance (well, people & the importance of appearance, really)
