Edinburgh - gender stereotyping guide

Afternoon folks. I have been contacted by this org to see if i know anyone who might be interested in this group.

Zero Tolerance is a small Edinburgh-based charity working to prevent violence against women and children. We believe such violence is caused by wider gender inequality, and so much of our work is aimed at promoting equalities and tackling discrimination. We are currently working towards producing a practical guide designed to help nursery workers and parents tackle gender stereotyping in the early years, this will take the form of a printed publication and be distributed to nurseries and other relevant outlets in Scotland in autumn/winter this year.

As part of this project we are setting up a focus group to help develop and review the content of the guide. It would be really valuable for us to have expert input to this guide, to ensure it is as useful as possible. This is likely to involve a commitment to attend one meeting before the draft of the guide is written and one meeting after the draft is complete. We envisage each meeting will take approximately 2 hours, and will be held at our offices in Leith.

Thanks again for your help, kind regards

I'm too far away, but have you posted this in Activism and the local section?
