Making jam and chutney - urgent

Just remembered that i agreed to buy my sister a book on jam & chutney making etc for xams. I need to buy it tonight to get it posted on time.
Rather than making a random choice in bookshop can anyone recommend a book or point me in the right direction?
Is there such a thing as a jam and chuuuuutny making for diabetics?
