It has pretty much for me, although I would love to have seen what happened with george, Bill and Fleur, and oddly, Filch.

I want to know how come Harry didn't see his mum killed? - she was right in front of him & Voldemort was looking into his face when he tried to kill him - so why didn't Harry see that his mum was dead?

Umm, he was a year old.

Also if you look on the other thread about it, the spoiler one, there's a link to transcripts from an interview about other stuff she wanted to put inthe epilogue but edited out.

I also wanted to know about Geaorge, and whether he saw the Dursleys again.

He remembered her screaming when he was threatened by dementors. But anyway,I don't mean he didn't remember it, I meant that he can't have seen it - think about it...

I was expecting there to be a lot more to the relevance of Harry having his mother's eyes. Still not quite getting that one actually, I think

Anyone like to explain it to me?

Snape looked into Harry's eyes as he died (thinking of Lily presumably as he loved her). All that he did for the order and for harry was because of Lily.

Yeah, that's what I thought - and that Dumbledore used Harry's likeness to his mother to anchor Snape's commitment to protect Harry.

I was expecting something more dramatic, I think, like his eyes being horcrux-related.

Ta for elucidation - good points Dior and DWD.
