... And which book created the most discussion this year?

(Looking to make my Christmas list and get inspiration for my bookclubs)

I'm in two...

One is reading the Red Queen

The other is reading the Knife of Never Letting Go

Currently, The Reason I Jump (we do nonfiction from time to time).

Most recently, Farewell to Arms - went down well on the whole, though with hindsight I would have picked For Whom The Bell Tolls instead.

I am in three.
One I'd doing American Gods and then new Bridget Jones.
The other two are doing Gaudy Nights by Dorothy L Sayers.

Really enjoyed May we be Forgiven - how are you finding it?

I'm loving May We Be Forgiven. 15% of the way through, and I can't believe the amount of plot there's been already. Lots I want to discuss!

We are reading 'Honour' by Elif Shafak.

Most discussion is tricky, but I would say Mister Pip by Lloyd Jones and perhaps The Lighthouse by Alison More - I hated this though but it did stimulate discussion.
