Ages and ages ago I read some posts on here that said that Naomi's Room by Jonathan Aycliffe was super scary and have been trying to find a copy ever since (I'm not sure why I feel the need to terrify myself). It's been an impossible task, but I have just noticed that they have now got a kindle version for the princely sum of 99p!

Denis MacEoin, a British specialist in Muslim studies, wrote his supernatural horror novel Naomi's Room under the pseudonym Jonathan Aycliffe. After all, if there's a genre that can't get any love, it's horror.

I wondered about downloading it too. Is it very disturbing?

Oh will download this. I read Whispers in the dark years ago by the same author and it was very, very creepy. Thanks!

Just seen this, it's now £4.80, I've been looking out for this book too, but never managed to get a copy!

It is disturbing yes. And Pretty Gory too.

I don't think i'd read it again but it definitely stays in the memory.

It's rather like The Shining in a way but based around a missing little girl.
